Attention, Ronald Larkin, Custodian of Record:

This is a request for records under the Missouri Sunshine Law, Chapter 610, Revised Statutes of Missouri.

I request that you make available to me the following records:

    1. The Circuit Court Clerk's Handbook.

2) All information that has been sent to the Southern District Court of Appeals that concerns the EC 2004 project. Information on the implementation of the plan. All information concerning the Case.net project. All Software information to implement the EC2004 project. All schedules, calendars, and time tables for the implementation of the EC2004 project. All Y2K compliance/readiness reports as to the functioning of the software used.

3) A list of the publications that are produced by the Office of Court Adminstrator.

    1. The internal rules of the Office of Court adminstrator.
    2. The guidelines for the promulgation of these internal rules.
    3. The guidelines for transcription of official court documents, and espicially when a court document can and cannot be certified by your office.
    4. The Office Policy Manual mentioned by Ms. Griggs.
    5. When the Custodian of Record for your governmental agency was appointed, and by whom.

I do request all information in electronic format, and the ability to view all information.

I request that all expenses be waived in that the public will be served by the production of this information on the Internet as it is acquired. The service to the public in having access to this information will be to restore public confidence in the Judiciary of the State of Missouri.

Please let me know in advance of any search or copying fees exceeding $50.00.

If portions of the requested records are closed, please note the records and explain why and under what statutory authority any segregation is claimed.
