Subject: sunshine request

Dear Sandra: On the 6th day of August I mailed to the Custodian of Record for the Southern District Court of Appeals, you, a sunshine request to view and recieve listed records that should be in your possession. I cited 610.023 RSMo that allows 72 hours for your response before the governmental body is in violation. I notice that I have yet to receive a response from you and the date is August 18, 1999. I understand rules are rules and to be followed by everyone, when will you respond to the official Sunshine Request, or will it entail action in the courts?
