Official State of Missouri Sunshine Request From

Attention, Sandra Skinner, Custodian of Record and Southern District Court of Appeals Clerk:

This is a request for records under the Missouri Sunshine Law, Chapter 610, Revised Statutes of Missouri.

I request that you make available to me the following records:

    1. The Policy, Procedures, and/or Standard Operating Guidelines of the Research Department of the Southern District Court of Appeals. These records should contain the job descriptions of all personnel in the department, titled research. It should also maintain the responsibilities of all job titles in the research department. It should also maintain the approved techniques that are used by state personnel to accomplish the everyday requirements of their positions in the Southern District Court of Appeals.

2) All information that has been sent to the Southern District Court of Appeals that concerns the EC 2004 project. Information on the implementation of the plan as it directly pertains to the case records of all appeals in the Southern District. All information concerning the Case.net project. All Software information to implement the EC2004 project that is presently in the custody of the Clerk for the Court of Appeals. All Software information that is presently in the custody of the Clerk of the Court of Appeals used in the implementation of the EC2004 Project. All schedules, calendars, and time tables for the implementation of the EC2004 project. All Y2K compliance/readiness reports as to the functioning of the software used in the Court of Appeals, Southern District. All financial information that pertains to the annual cost of running the Court of Appeals and the implementation of the EC2004 project.

3) A list of the legal resources that are available in the Southern District Court of Appeals, Law Library. All information regarding the procurement of funds to purchase these legal resources. All charges of rent that are collected by the Southern District Court of Appeals from the Bar Members that use the Southern District Law Library. All policies, procedures and standard operating guidelines governing any personnel positions in the employ of the Southern District Court of Appeals Law Library.

I do request all information in electronic format, and the ability to view all information.

I request that all expenses be waived in that the public will be served by the production of this information on the Internet as it is acquired. The service to the public in having access to this information will be to restore public confidence in the Judiciary of the State of Missouri.

Please let me know in advance of any search or copying fees exceeding $50.00.

If portions of the requested records are closed, please note the records and explain why and under what statutory authority any segregation is claimed.
