We need your gifts to maintain the active cases to acquire the public record now. Petitions of Declaratory Judgment brought at the government's expense prove to be false not withstanding the clear meaning of Chapter 610.023 RSMo.

Purchasing of the public record so that all may use Jury Instructions, Policy and Procedures of public governmental bodies, and primary legal reference sources are expensive. I know that many of you use our site because you do not have the funds to get an attorney. I do not wish to deprive anyone of the best chance to defend themselves in the present state of the Judiciary. I will slowly update as I can, but without funds to pay costs of $1,000 dollars a month, something will have to go.
