Title of Motion:

Put your Jurisdiction statement in here. Above is an example of what I have submitted as a jurisdiction statement. You should consult your statutes, and rules of court for your particular jurisdiction. WARNING Jurisdiction can be a problem if the courts do not want to grant it. This particular portion is important to getting your cause heard.

This is your first statement of fact. State the obvious that way they have no excuse. sometimes the court cannot even determine where you live if you are their neighbor.

Second fact is that you have always been there on time.

Third fact is that no delay is yours. If for some reason some delay is yours(and if you had a lawyer some delay will be yours) explain how it applies in this situation.

Fourth fact is that the constitutional provisions be adhered to.

Fifth fact is that continued denial of constitutional provisions does inflict damage upon the defendant.

Sixth fact is that the defendant must assert the rights of the constitution before harm can be done, and the court be required to provide the rights under law that the constitution perscribes.

Seventh fact is that the defendant by being denied one right has a bearing upon other rights.

The Prayer for relief tell the court what you want, move to dismiss.

Respectfully Submitted,
