2. When you click the button you will create a new web page with your motion. You may print your motion using the print functions in your browser or you may copy, save or what ever you want to do. You may correct mistakes by hitting back and working on the form or you may choose to work on your computer.
3. You will receive an e mail with your completed motion. The Motion will be in HTML(HyperText Markup Language). It may look funny but it is still your motion. Your Computer should have NOTEPAD. Hit Start Hit Run Type notepad. Copy the contents of your email into notepad and save. If you have unwanted numbering delete the numbers in the text boxes that you are filling in. The form will number for you. Be sure to save as .html for your browser to read. Load the path to where it is saved on your computer into your browser address bar. Presto Chango and you have your motion.
4. If you already have a text editor on your computer open the saved motion into your text editor. I use first page, it is free and has many bells and whistles such as spell check and preview. Others I admire use Textpad, Front Page, etc.
5. The reference list containing spell check, find law, statutes, rules, etc. is on a pop up window behind this one. Move this window and you will have it. If you close it for some reason and want it back hit the link on the page.
6. Spelling is a big problem for me, and probably you. On the Click Reference link at the very top is " Spell Check "! Take the contents of the Textarea Boxes that you fill in and put them in the spell check box. Use Copy and Paste that simple.
7. If this is still to confusing to use let me know. I am in need of feedback from all to make this even easier.
8. If you need more text area boxes you will need to email me and request specific revisions. I will be happy to make the needed changes. Lee
